For TCPA compliance we maintain time‑stamped logs of consent and revocation and screen phone numbers against federal, state, and our internal Do‑Not‑Call (DNC) lists before dialing.
4. How We Use Information
- Connect you—or our lead‑buying Business Partners—with relevant products or services. (Data supplied by partners may be “aged,” subject to verification, or supplemented for accuracy.)

We may create aggregated, de‑identified datasets for analytics. These datasets cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

By calling the phone number displayed on this site, you provide your express written consent for Seniors Guide (and its licensed agents or representatives, if applicable) to contact you at the telephone number used to place the call for marketing purposes. Contact may occur using automated dialing technology, prerecorded messages, or artificial voices, even if your number is listed on any federal, state, or internal Do Not Call (DNC) list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Calls may be monitored and recorded for quality and compliance purposes. 10. Marketing Communications & CAN‑SPAM
Promotional emails always contain our physical mailing address and a one‑click unsubscribe link. We honor email opt‑out requests within 10 business days.

Inbound and outbound calls may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, and compliance. If you do not consent, please discontinue the call.
